Mr. Appliance is the best! Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and were able to quickly address the issue and repair it (in the same visit) and get our dryer working again. This is the second time Chris has worked on our appliances and he was great! Highly recommend.

Technician was very pleasant and well prepared. He was able to diagnose and repair our dryer in one visit. Hope we do not need to use the one year guarantee offered and that the rest of the dryer holds up long term.

Great service. My washer was retaining water and he was able to fix it in a timely. He is efficient, knowledgeable and was not expensive. He purchased the part with his own money, and sent the bill once the problem has been fixed.

Our tech Christopher was awesome. He had to come back for completion while we waited for a part but he was expertly trained, knew his stuff and was very patient and thorough explaining everything. Having Christopher represent your company is something you should feel very good about. Slightly expensive but I don't care about that because the job was done right and I feel confident in the workmanship.

So grateful for Mr. Appliance (Nathan)) our furnace went out , we called them and they arrived when they said they would and has us back up and running same day. We would recommend this company to anyone. I like their concept you get information & picture of the person that would be coming, along with follow up phone calls. Nathan was very professional and did a great job 👍🍺

After calling Paramjit, aka Mr. Appliance, and explaining that my dryer wouldn't start he asked a few questions then came by the next day to diagnosis the problem in person. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. The issue was exactly what he figured it was over the phone and after securing the part, had my machine running two days later. I had initially called a different place first and after a week of phone calls and not even an in person examination I called Mr. Appliance. Don't make the same mistake I did. Call Mr. Appliance first, you'll be glad you did.
