Technician was sent earlier than appointment, he arrived and identified the issue with my leaky dishwasher, provided the repair cost. After approving the cost, the technician completed the repair quickly and tested the dishwasher to ensure there was no leak and the dishwasher was working properly. I would recommend Mr. Appliance.

Start to finish was just wonderful. I called in the morning for a dryer fix and they made an appointment for the same afternoon saying that if it could not be fixed, I would not be charged. They called later to say the tech was running AHEAD and could come early, so he did. The tech, Shawn, sent a text on his way here, complete with his photo which I VERY much appreciated for safety reasons. This is something that all companies should do, it makes us feel safer! Shawn was kind, understanding, polite, experienced, and efficient, quietly and confidently going about his business. I noticed how gently he removed parts of the dryer, treating the appliance with the same care he would his own. He was very careful with his tool case too, so he would not damage anything else while working or while walking through the house back to the door. Shawn was able to fix the dryer very quickly. He left no mess, no evidence that he had even been here, even turning the basement lights off on his way upstairs. I very much appreciated the entire experience and would definitely give them any future business if needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Shawn, he made the experience seamless and positive. Thank you!
